• We only ship out healthy corals, however in the unlikely event of DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will need a clear digital picture within 2 hours of delivery
  • Please E-mail the pictures to admin@desertcoralranch.com. We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal so please do not dispose of it. Once we receive the digital photo/s, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable) we will issue you store credit. We do not issue refunds, we only give credit towards future orders of currently available inventory
  • Live arrival guarantee is void if you refuse delivery of your order, no one is available to receive the package, or if the package was not picked up at place of delivery in a timely manner
  • Desert Coral Ranch cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays by the shipping company
  • We cannot guarantee direct replacement corals. The issued store credit can be used on anything in the current inventory
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given
  • Shipping is non refundable​, no exception
  • There is a 20% restocking fee to any cancelled orders
